To determine if we are a fit for a great partnership, we setup an initial conference call, this is a no cost consultation that lasts about 30 minutes with one of our directors and the owners or executive management of the company.  In that meeting we discuss short- and long-term goals, work process at a high level and issues that are restricting growth and improved efficiency. Once discovery is completed a detailed plan with recommendations can be reviewed.

If we all mutually agree there is a good fit and find areas that need a deeper discussion, we schedule a department level discovery that included our director, owners or executive management and department managers to evaluate workflow, bottlenecks, inventory turns, software and machinery advantages or limitations, interoffice communications, and islands of information.  This discovery will allow us to narrow in on specific recommendations if any to improve business, establish key performance indicators to measure and monitor workflow, trends, and analyze job cost at a product or part level where needed. Once discovery is completed a detailed plan with recommendations can be reviewed.
